Critical Hotfix — Manifest V3 Compatibility

Pushed urgently after Chrome 132 broke service worker communication. All users on v2.1.0–v2.1.1 are strongly advised to update immediately.

Complete Rewrite — Manifest V3 + New Engine

Full rewrite. v2.0.0 is a ground-up rebuild migrating to Manifest V3, replacing the old rule-based engine with a weighted scoring model, and launching the full dashboard for the first time.
